Connecticut law sets the maximum fee for each notarial act. As of July 1, 2026, under Public Act 26-81, that fee is $10 per act — the first increase in decades.

Same-Day/Priority Drop-Off - $300
Guaranteed same‑day submission (if received before 10am). Includes immediate courier delivery to/from the Secretary of the State. Notarial fees not included.
