For notarized documents, yes—your signature must be witnessed. For vital records or previously notarized documents, no. We can pick up directly from you or your authorized representative.
Any country that is part of the Hague Apostille Convention. If your destination country is not part of the Convention, your document will require authentication and embassy legalization instead. We can guide you through that process.
